Low salary, and when you accept the job they give you more responsibility than you agreed to. There's favoritism and bad practices; they don't treat clients ethically. They don't give you the correct contract to sign; only when you leave the company do they ask you to sign the formal contract that should have been there from the beginning. They don't pay overtime correctly for trusted employees and they abuse rest time, not respecting vacations or meal breaks.
