Advancement is very slow. Training is not always available especially when money is tight but that seems to be year round. Wrong people in positions, too much incompetency and not fair attitude. Poor communication internally. Hard to hold people accountable, because management is afraid to "hurt peoples feelings" Lots of good ole boy attitude.
