The environment at Sony is definitely challenging and requires someone able to deal with this and a certain level of ambiguity - that being said, this is what makes it worthwhile and people who are able to embrace this way of working will do well! A great company history and pride for our products means you are surrounded by people who really believe in what the company is doing.
