Some of the people were good to work with, location was easy to get to, benefits were better than some other companies I have seen

If you work for the wrong manager, watch out they will undermine you. I saw one manager have employee after employee request transfer out to another position BUT they did not remove the manager. I had good managers but no work/life balance. Took time off and still had to work. Constant phone calls/emails and needing new reports even when only taking a day off that was planned over 30 days in advance. No respect for people's time. Open time off but again if you have a bad manager you barely get time off. Some people you see get 2-3 weeks every 6 months while others that are holding the business together barely got 1 week. Not a good plan.

Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
