Not very promising for female career path if you are looking for growth and leadership potential. Sr. management is detached from day to day, and spend a lot of time managing approval from Japan. Go to market strategy is slow; despite all attempts at creating acronyms for speed. Overall vision is blurred as it is done by committee, and the committee is looking in the rear view mirror.
