Working hours are long especially for Product Marketing teams, and no concern for putting in place proper processes. No HR support for new managers to learn some management skills and training is minimal (only on-the-job). Systems are available but no one is using them (still using Excel heavily). Most of the management people are Japanese and have only worked in this company their entire careers. Get out and have a look at what other leading companies are doing. People are laid back and not driven in this company because they are not held accountable for their jobs.
