      close knit team members. A lot of cross-functional teams communication, you learn a lot . Good to start out and gain experience. Highly flexible time, but needs strong accountability.

      Svantaggi

      major disconnect between management and employees. Unclear directions / changing of directions so often it got confusing. nepotism is rampant but some can do work so still okey. highly flexible also means you might need to do work during weekends.

      Lack of structured onboarding and technical guidance, despite a requirement to provide deliverables every week. There is very little interaction or integration between the full-time staff and the intern team
