- Not many benefits (small medical expenses) - Hard to apply leave (always asking reason) - Department get very small budget to do activities/dinner (sometimes use our own expenses) - Micro-management at its best (always tracking what we`re doing) - Feels like operator (need to clock-in-out even though in IV said flexible) - Seldom annual salary increment - Stuck at same task for 2 years - No career advancement
