Good job security and the profit sharing bonus is good if the month is good. Company is growing bigger so I would imagine 5 years from now, that bonus will be bigger.

Not much to complain about. It varies in departments.

-They actually care about training their engineers and you will have a great support system to have sucuess -The company lunch was great

-Pay is extremly low that it is too hard to ignore
