Disorganized, poor managers fly under the radar and highly qualified people go unnoticed, instructors are permitted to abuse staff with no repercussions, upper management leads on staff members by promising promotions and not delivering, huge disconnect between corporate and field, company is becoming very corporate and this can be felt at all levels.
