-toxic workplace, lots of gossipy and entitled conversations, bullying -low pay -very hard to grow/develop/move up -too many director and higher level employees being hired, not enough people to actually get the work done without drowning lower level employees and preventing them from progressing -higher level employees only want to focus on the shiny, fun front-facing aspects of their jobs instead of considering logistics -conflict between departments (ex. department thinking something is another department's responsibility and that department thinking it's the other's)
