lack on direction from management no upward mobility total lack of future expansion lots and lots of nepotism (family friends get hired first) lower than industry pay feels like nothing is ever enough for satisfaction, always critique bad, dont acknowledge positives If you expect any sort of compassion from company when you need something or get a curve ball, don't count on it. (company very selfish with work needs vs. employee) Training is archaic and tribal and resources are poor in most departments (specifically production and customer support) Typically will be let go on day of consultation or very shortly after with little forewarning (may not even bespoken to pro-actively)
