If you expect the company that moves and iterates fast, SoundCloud might not be the best place. The amount of tech-debt is quite significant what slows down the engineering a lot. But because of this could be a great place for training your architectural skills, navigating toward goals with limited resources. SoundCloud might improve on testing - since there is no QA team onsite, engineers need to rely on automated tests or external support. This not always can be enough and quite often simple mistakes make it to the production.
