I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Sourcewise. This company has proven to be one that does not care about its employees and lacks the basic elements of a supportive and professional workplace. First and foremost, Sourcewise does not provide proper training for its employees. There is no mandated reporting training, which is essential for the roles we are expected to perform. The management is insensitive and often talks poorly about employees who have been let go, which creates a toxic and hostile work environment. Additionally, Sourcewise fails to provide the essential tools for employees to carry out their duties safely and effectively. Employees who are required to do home visits are not provided with cell phones, putting their safety at risk. There is also a lack of attention to vehicle maintenance, such as ensuring proper tire conditions, which jeopardizes employee safety on the road. The company also neglects the needs of the seniors they are supposed to serve. Due to bad training and poor management, seniors who are eligible for services are often denied. This not only affects the well-being of the seniors but also adds to the frustration of employees who genuinely want to help. Most concerning of all, Sourcewise violated my rights to reasonable accommodations. As someone with a medical condition, I clearly communicated my need for accommodations to perform my job effectively. Overall, my experience with Sourcewise has been extremely negative. The company's lack of proper training, inadequate support, and insensitivity from management make it a terrible place to work.
