Some departments are corrupt and Human Resources works with them to achieve their goals even when it is not fair to the employees and takes their rights away. Manipulated situations to achieve their goal even if it means employees are unhappy and forced into uncomfortable situations. Lack of communication between departments. Lack of changing procedures to match companies growth.
