-Terrible IT management -Focus on metrics more than personal relationships. -Unprofessional coworkers -HR policy Conveniently changes on an individual basis -A high school/middle school rumor mill of people backstabbing each other on a consistent basis. -They'll throw you under the bus in a minute (especially management) -Focused too heavily on metrics using the scaling of other companies (worry more about getting customers off the phone and onto the next call) -Promotes based who you know rather than what you know (Promotes individuals under premises that they will 'Earn what they make' instead of terminating the individual for their incompetence) -Incompetent and inefficient management - They overlook issues certain employees cause instead of reprimanding the individual they are given a slap on the wrist. - Expanding way to fast. - Turnover in IT is horrible
