Long hours for ok pay, AB corp always increasing demands on salesmen without paying. Always changing pay scale. It was impossible to budget for the year. Hard to meet sales goals without spending personal cash, or working overtime making room for product. Owners and managers of retail operations (gas stations, liquor stores, bars, etc) 100% abuse drivers and salesmen to try and save money on deals created by AB and SED to increase volume.
