the people here are very knowledgeable, and willing to help with any issues one might have while working.

This company has little to no advancement opportunity the job you enter with will more then likely be the job you leave with

- Decent, although underpaid in comparison to national averages, pay. (Getting paid $17/hr on a minimum entry $25/hr position) - Decent Benefits and bonuses. (Med insurance and 401k)

- Extremely zealous, deaf to feedback, boomer out of date board of directors who are impossible to reach but appear out of nowhere to ask stuff from you all the time through mid managers. - Absolute lack of HR department - Almost always behind schedule on work, resulting on overloading and overworking the hell out of employees, while changing whether overtime is available or not with literally no notice, or last minute notice. - Borderline illegal, shady stuff when it comes to security on the job of any kind, cheaping out on safety equipment or just straight up not buying any for certain activities that definitely require them. - Constant cult like mentality where asking for raises is frowned upon, resulting in "blacklisting you" or trying to get out that day where your mom died 2 years and you couldn't go to work as you being unreliable and thus undeserving of a raise, even though you are being obviously undercompensated for your skills, and hours, and losing you will mean the company has no one to replace that position. They will 100% lose money over ego.
