      Nice, friendly, Christian working environment . I have been there since the beginning and have seen a lot of improvement within the company. I hope there's more good to come.

      The numerous style change overs while assembling furniture. There also needs to be annual raises. Most workers have been there five years without getting a raise after reaching "top pay."

      The were very unorganized. Supervisor was allowed to talk to youway he wanted with no consequences.
