Employee owned. Benefits have increased over time, not dwindled. Competitive benefits and compensation. Strict adherence to industry certification practices. Opportunity for advancement exists if you capitalize on learning from the provided training of new skill sets.

This is not necessarily a negative, depending on personal preference, but this company currently provides service to industry within it's immediate geographic area so there's not a lot of opportunity to travel if that is what someone is after. This is a service company that provides service to clients 24/7 so work sometimes requires long days and quite a bit of overtime.
