Performance metrics are unrealistic, and they're very difficult to achieve and concurrently maintain high quality work. Expected to work in all conditions, never mind the claim of "safety" as being #1. Field support goes home at 7 pm sharp, and we're frequenctly left in the field blind with no support. I have been home as late as 11 pm. 7-9 is typical.
