Great work culture, awesome place for college students to work, managers work around your availability, don't have to work on weekends

Awful management. The boss/owner is mean spirited, disrespectful and ungrateful towards her workers, yells at workers, picks favorites (God bless you if you arent one of her favorites…) She is not understanding if you need to take time off or miss a few days. Incredibly passive aggressive. Very fake towards customers (talks bad about them right when they walk out the door.) She has unrealistic expectations and demands so much from her workers. It’s hard to keep workers at Southern Star because of how she treats her workers and the expectations she has. The customers are very demanding and rude. Prepare to be overworked and unappreciated…
