Southern Trust is an outstanding place to work. The atmosphere is great and each employee is valued by the company. Upper management is very approachable and easy to talk to. I learned a lot during my internship at this company and would recommend it to anyone looking to do an insurance related internship.

I can't think of any cons.

Great work environment with amazing people who help you. Very flexible with time off. Management is great and will stick up for you when needed. Family oriented co-workers and are the best to help you in anyway. They operate in team environment and are the best around.

Work out of many systems with different claims. Raises are tough to get. Training is on the job and minimal. Policies need to be updated. Small company environment.
