Thank you for the feedback and thank you even more for being a part of our team for the past 2 ½ years! We are so proud of our team here at Sovos. We agree - we have the best of the best! Hearing that you feel supported and trusted in your role is fabulous and we aim to make sure all our employees feel that same level of empowerment. Based on feedback similar to yours, we have implemented a number of programs to help people hit the ground running. New Hire Orientation has been relaunched as First48, and many of our departments have dedicated bootcamps to give our employees the technical and product knowledge they need to succeed. We are always open to new ideas as to how to make our onboarding process better! Just as we are always looking for ways to improve our processes – the same goes for our products. We totally agree that we have game-changing products and there are always areas where we can improve them. Our R&D teams are hard at work executing S1 and our UX/UI teams are ensuring this work is user oriented and customer focused. Finally, thank you for your advice. We know that salary and benefits are extremely important to our employees. We do a lot of research to benchmark our salaries and benefit programs against similar companies in similar geographies to ensure our wages are fair and competitive. Our merit based performance reviews also help ensure that. In addition, there are regular opportunities for salary increases via promotions and merit increases which are based off performance. We are very focused on creating a total rewards package that our employees love, which includes things like HSA matching contributions, myTime flexible time off, our 401K program and more.
