5yThank you for your feedback. I realize that support roles can be quite process driven, but scalable and repeatable processes are so important when we think about keeping our promise to our clients. They enable us to solve problems quickly and efficiently to keep our customers happy. There are always new things to try at Sovos. If you would like to gain exposure to something new, I would encourage you to talk to your supervisor about opportunities to take on new projects – or even rotate into different departments!
