A key tool driving this culture in our sales teams is our regular, structured performance review processes where employees can recap their accomplishments each quarter and each year and discuss their career goals with their manager to ensure you’re getting the resources you need to take your career to the next level. Regarding your comment on churn and market-value pay, we do not operate by the plan you have stated. It is true that we want to be an accessible employer and break down barriers to entry. However, we benchmark our compensation structures regularly to remain fair to our employees and competitive in our market. We do hold our employees accountable for their performance and expect that they will be hitting their goals, and they will be rewarded based on their success. We have added new leadership to our teams and have been receiving great feedback from employees, customers, and investors on the new ideas these leaders have been bringing in and implementing. Finally, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) is an extremely important topic and conversation to us here at Sovos.
