Regarding your thoughts on pay, we do re-evaluate our compensation structures regularly and are committed to providing competitive and fair compensation to our employees. I do have to disagree with your comments on collaboration across departments. This is so important at Sovos as we have to communicate with other departments, especially within our client facing roles. Our customer journey does not begin and end with our Services teams. We serve as a proactive partner for Sovos customers, orchestrating and delivering value throughout the entire customer journey to Earn Advocacy. None of our services are completely hands off for clients, so while we take away a large amount of the burden of these processes, we interact and communicate with clients throughout.
