Our leadership team (management) has done a great job finding amazing talent to serve our advisor partners (customers). Our business is fast paced and growing which is a good problem to have but can certainly make it challenging at times. Sowell has experienced explosive growth since 2016 and we love a good growth story but recognize that we have had to make changes to continue to serve our advisors well along the way. We work tirelessly to keep our advisors on the cutting edge and with the ability to scale, which requires upgrades or changes. While much thought, care, and planning goes into each change, we regret that it is not perfect.
