      The owner is the most generous owner I know. Catered lunches every day. Excellent benefits package. Christmas bonuses based on tenure. Salaries are highly negotiable for the right candidate. Convenient downtown location, near everything, including train stops.

      I did not feel there was opportunity for growth AT ALL for women in the department I worked. My supervisor's behavior toward me would have been criminal if I had reported him, but I did not feel comfortable making such a report.
