      nice place and ppl to work with,who are always there to help you to learn new and important things required. Best for Software engineer beginner(0-3 years exp).You can learn lots of thing here. Managers are cool in IT dept. Appraisal was good near about 20%. HR is very good and supportive.

      Salary is less than market standard. Infrastructure is not up to level.

      If your CTC is less than low - you get paid 15 days late, mid level- 20 days late , mid level - senior - THEN 45 days late, and if you are senior - then God save you as he can only predict when and if you will ever be paid. People not paid salaries for more than 2 months. Owner has a step Son - who thinks he can use people's salaries to invest in start ups. Promoter's daughter who is senior in general insurance - has got 380 out of 800 in GMAT! Finally Promoter needs to see a psychotherapist as he is insecure egotist living in his past!
