1. Not exactly a sustainable business. Mostly short-term profit-oriented. 2. They are a bit delusional about the organizational culture. The company positions itself as a teal organization but has a size of more than 500 people who haven't a clue of what they are doing. Areas of responsibility are not clear. New roles, teams and projects appear and disappear all the time. Many employes are burnt out because of a lack of clarity.
