The most compelling reason to work here is the mission. The long-term goal and vision at the company is shared and evident in everyone I've met here so far. It makes for an incredible work environment. The people I have met here are not only motivated by the big picture, they are all incredible and incredibly skilled. There seems to be an infinite amount of stuff you can learn here. One of my favorite aspects of this job is that you are able to walk around the facilities and learn about all of the work going on. You can always ask someone for clarification or a lesson and most likely the person describing the process will be an expert in their field. There is an incredible potential for intellectual growth here.

That means making decisions with incomplete information, setting priorities for your attention, and taking initiative. While the resources are all there for your, and the company's, success, they will not be handed to you. Taking initiative applies not only to your work but also your personal improvement.
