Long hours for months at a time will wear you out quickly. HR seems to fire first and ask questions later. Pay is ridiculously low and is justified as being low because the cost of living is “low”. Management cares more about numbers than worker welfare. Management doesn’t value experience and want company men instead. Bad leaders stay in their positions don’t get fired but get moved around to other departments when they violate spacex policy and techs get fired for less. You stay as a temp for a long time and get next to no benefits as a temp. Lastly management give the runaround a lot.
