      Spags offered the freedom to serve tables as you saw fit, but had annoying rules from time to time. Overall, the micromanaging was better than at big chain restaurants. The people working there were great for the most part.

      Management refused to listen to the ideas and complaints of employees and neglected to fix basic necessities such as the AC in the summer.
