      You will get much freedom and responsibility. Your opinion matters from day one. You can ask for help anytime and you will receive it. Friendly colleagues and nice company events. Fast paced company.

      Sometimes too dependant on mother companies. Not many development opportunities but certainly many opportunities to develop yourself in term of taking on new projects and learning new things.

      Really excellent atmosphere, very horizontal management (just 2 levels, C-level, Head-of, and the rest of the company) which makes it easy to talk to anyone and get your message across. Quite flexible.

      Svantaggi

      High workload, but the industry is right now very impacted. Smaller company, so benefits not as good as bigger companies, but they are not bad.
