We appreciate your feedback as we continually work to improve the culture for our employee’s – supporting, empowering and developing them to be able to grow in their careers. You may be pleased to hear we had similar feedback a few years ago and we have since implemented a Human Resource Manager. This has helped immensely with our development goals, structure, and of course, any topics raised by staff requiring attention.
