Expect it. * Management does not communicate properly with its workers, in all departments. * Very under-staffed. * Owners have called us a “family” in a meeting, but I don’t think they knew my name. * Management prefers to punish rather than communicate. * Free food and a shiny warehouse do not necessarily make for a happy little workplace.
