Process driving work, working agile isn't for everyone but it's done very well. Supporting a majority of one brand can be less diverse but still challenging, always a problem to solve. The pattern between London and head offices can at times mean the work can be driving by the larger teams and be more focused on delivery, but their always open to feedback and input across every project.
