- Team (en Paris) were really cool - Some cool projects - Learned a lot of good engineering skills

- Some projects were pointless/sad (building stuff no one needs) - Founders were fun people, but not trustworthy/ethical - Not really any career progression internally - Not really anyone senior there to learn from / keep the projects high quality. - Pay wasn't amazing..

- Strong company culture and team harmony (has pretty often off-site trips for the team to bond and gain new perspectives!) - Good balance of direction and autonomy - Exciting projects all the time (Sparkmate works with entrepreneurs and innovators to bring their tech projects to life!) - They have Rocking Fridays - allowing you to try building your own projects / learn new tech

- hard to say 😅 everyone, especially the founders are very easy to get along with
