Management is very relaxed, willing to work with you and very forgiving. we play a lot at a company (boating, four-wheeling, flying in private planes, etc.) and you really only work 4-5 months a year, but get paid year around

since the work is seasonal - it is really hard to get a pay raise because you already get paid well. can't get a job during the off season because you have to be on call 24/7 (but will only get called on a few hours a week).
