When I was there, you had the opportunity to make as much as possible.

When I had left, they had changed the compensation system with a new capped model of income potential. To make the income I was making had to work 6 to 7 days a week and longer hours. They wanted to pay as low as possible in the end and try to get the best talent to work for them without compensating properly. Many of the top advisors left and ended up opening their own place or working other opportunities that paid better. In this business top talent needs to be compensated.

Remote work is kind of good/positive work environment in terms of work colleagues they're supportive- good supervisors and team leads.

—I'm not sure but I think they choose/direct leads for their preferences of qualifiers depending on factors Im not sure of. When you're having bad leads and you dont meet daily expectations, they blame it on you, they put too much pressure, let go of people easily, pretty much they explote africans.
