This review contains a number of blatantly false statements: • There has never been an employee whose salary was withheld. • Our current healthcare program includes a substantial and generous cooperative payment by management towards the employee’s healthcare and we offer a menu of options to choose from including medical, dental & vision within the healthcare program. • Our 401k program provides a matching contribution by management at the highest allowed by law • Employees are encouraged to take lunch and there are 3 large conference rooms at their disposal for quiet enjoyment of their meals. Spectra often provides lunch. • Our salaries are the highest in our industry and substantially higher than Glassdoor’s comparative salary report. • No employee has ever been refused personal time off. In fact, employees are encouraged to stay healthy and happy. All employees accrue personal time off from day one of their employment. This is the first time in 50 years anyone has ever claimed this. No Employee has ever been "fired on the spot" This is a Horrible accusation and blatantly untrue • Growth opportunities are available to all employees who choose to enhance their position and income. We encourage people to avail themselves of this opportunity. • Management maintains a very personal open-door policy for all employees to discuss concerns about policy or their personal needs. • “Shady”?
