I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my experience at Spectrawave. During my time with the company, I found that there was a lack of support in key areas necessary for my success and development. Specifically, I did not receive the training or resources required to perform my role effectively, which impacted my ability to meet expectations. While I understand that the nature of the role may require independent problem-solving, I believe that additional training, guidance, and support would have greatly improved my performance and overall experience. Consistent leadership and availability are crucial for maintaining team morale, ensuring clear communication, and addressing challenges as they arise. The ongoing absence of management has created a gap in support, leaving employees uncertain about expectations and struggles.
