The mission is good, the engineers knew what they were doing.

Almost all senior engineers are leaving or have left because of terrible management decisions and treatment of staff. The company is in decline. Avoid.

In central Amsterdam so if you live in Amsterdam it is easy to commute

There is a trend with startups where they do all the cliches (foosball table, beers) as a smokescreen to just wothhold lroper benefits. No pension is paid. Salaries are sub par (compared ro competitors or similar jobs), but then they try too hard to selll that startup environment coolness which you cannot use to buy a house with, so it is useless. Management is overly focused on their own interests at the expense of prooperly paying employees. Management is clearly also too inexperienced and out of their depth. It is chaotic in structure and decision making and it shows.
