Slightly entrepreneurial like all sales roles are, as in you are able to determine your own success. Well only kind of since the dependency on other departments is still necessary, which good luck on sorting that mess out. At least the comission is uncapped so if you have a breakout year expect to be paid.

- Stated as a manufacturer but really a glorified repacker/relabeler. Makes it hard for customers to want to work with dishonest companies. - Multiple Form 483 letters (yikes!) from the FDA due to not being in compliance in very key areas. Can easily find through Google search with a terribly poor response from the CEO to the FDA. - The employees who could have made impactful change are no longer there due to how dysfunctional everything was. - The employees who didn't bring much to the table and should have been out the door in 3 months are instead promoted. - The whole dumpster fire thing
