Brighthouse used to pay good benefits and bi-yearly bonuses, now it's all gone under Spectrum. Employees turn over rates are so high, that's why they keep advertising to hire more people (but at much lower wages) and they don't care if they burn you out in 3-6 months so they will hire new suckers again.

back-stabbing and unapologetic supervisors and management, taking daily and hourly angry calls from pissed off Spectrum customers because of bad installation/bad repair and confusing invoices. Now management are cutting out small specialized teams and pile on workloads to you, expecting you to sacrifice your lunch hour to make sure numbers are great so your managers can get bonuses (but you get a "superficial" bragging rights with not monetary compensation at all). Management has stop caring about their employees since the Brighthouse/TWC/Charter merger. The HR at Maitland office are worthless, they will only listen to manager or your back-stabbing supervisors to make your life more miserable.
