No Raises No bonuses - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Spectrum

Low pay! Target is soon going to be paying more with their $15 minimum wage. Shameful been here for 18 months. No raise which means I’m making less due to cost of living. The economy is taking off with all sorts of companies announcing bonuses and raises but ZERO from Spectrum. Work has gotten harder since the merger too. At some point (soon) they are going to start losing employees. All direct competitors are paying their employees more as profits grow. Not Spectrum.
