Campus in Greensboro is growing so there will be growth opportunities. Company provides lunch on Holidays and special occasions. There is a ping pong table for use during breaks and computers in the break room for employee use.

Scripted Tech Support, micro-managed. Local management are company yes men, they have no authority to make decision. Scorecard metrics change regularly and are difficult to meet. Write ups occur for each metric not the scorecard as a whole, so if you pass your scorecard total metric but fail an individual metric you still get wrote up. Fail 2 metrics, that's two write ups. Employees are only as good as their last scorecard, upper management cares little about individuals. Attrition rate is high.
