      I reported to an individual with no true leadership experience only a small stint as a supervisor. He was more concerned with his appearance to the SVP than anyone that reported below him. It was important that he received credit for all success within the team and that he had someone to blame if required. Through the years there were many promises of how my contributions would be recognized, but none came to fruition. His comparison and trying to empathize was that he did not receive “two promotions in 6 months.”

The experience you describe is not in keeping with our company values. When some employees do not comply with policies or create a hostile working environment, it hurts us all.       Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
