Don't Waste Your Time - Recensione dipendente - Program Manager presso Spectrum

Management is very dysfunctional and abuse their staff. On one occasion there was a physical altercation between a director and a contractor. A complaint was submitted to HR who did nothing about it. This same director was responsible for 2 other people quitting and blocking a 3rd from getting a job in another department. An employee told me he almost went to HR with a separate complaint about his manager due to be yelled at and verbally abused. I also witnessed the aftermath of a male consultant being screamed at and was left crying in a conference room.
